As we come to the end of 2017 and go into the new year, I am doing a bit of self-reflection on my own personal learning. I have spent more time listening to music just to enjoy it, more time pushing myself when I exercise (not just going to the gym, but using that time wisely), and taking time to meditate and clear my mind.
