I can see evidence around me that AI (Artificial Intelligence), Analytics and Adaptive Learning are being pushed in the education field, but I have a strong aversion to all of them, mainly on ethical grounds. Two of my pet peeves that use AI are plagiarism-detection systems and automatic grading of writing.
