Additionally, the digital divide is wider than many perceived. Access to devices and reliable WIFI needs to be emphasized. Kids also need access to equitable resources and learning experiences. If students are not engaged, then they most likely are not learning. We can ill-afford not to address this fact.

Inadequate WIFI and the availability of computers at home for kids to use for learning caught many educators off guard. The COVID19 pandemic unearthed many harsh realities for education across the globe.
